BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE APPLICATION FROM ANY DEVICE, MOBILE OR OTHERWISE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND/OR ACCESS OUR APPLICATION. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website, www.custodyconnection.com. Your continued access or use of the Application after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms. This privacy policy governs your use of a software application ("Application") on a mobile device that was created using Custody Connection by SalesXelerator.

SalesXelerator is committed to protecting your privacy and safety rights while using the Application. SalesXelerator enforces strict privacy policies to protect your rights and maintain the following privacy practices:

No Spyware Policy

The Application does not collect or transmits personally identifiable information and does not monitor your personal use of the Application.

The Application sends unidentifiable and non-personal statistical data to enable quality assurance and improve support processes. Such non-personal data includes unidentifiable usage of the Application (for example; information about your device, your carrier and/or mobile software application platform statistical usage data, and device specific technical events such as software crashes or errors). When You are on a mobile device, You are using a third party to access the internet and/or the application. All requests must be sent through Your mobile carrier's network and the carrier may have access to it. For information regarding the carrier's treatment of Your information, You must review Your carrier's privacy policies. SalesXelerator has no control over the policies that may be applied by Your carrier.

Content –You may choose to add content to the Application. In the event that such content may require the collection of your personally identifiable information (for example: your login credentials, e-mail and phone number, insurance or medical information. Please note that SalesXelerator does not collect any personal information from you other than as described in this policy unless Conduit specifically asks and You expressly grant SalesXelerator permission.

Specific Content - In order for the application to perform properly some content is required to use the application. This content includes: e-mail addresses, password, phone number and security question answer (for retrieving your lost password). Other content that you may enter, which is optional includes: insurance information, provider name, phone number and group number for Medical and Dental insurance; Medication schedule information, school information, custody schedules and specific events.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SalesXelerator, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to any violation of these Terms or any activity related to use of the App (including but not limited to infringement of third parties' worldwide intellectual property rights or negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the App on your behalf.

No Adware Policy – You will not be required to view obtrusive ads in order to use the Application. Unobtrusive – the Application does not enable other software applications to access data stored on your mobile device or in your personal online accounts. Changing your mobile device preferences, modifying web pages that you visit or accepting third-party offers is not required in order to use the Application.

Easy uninstall – Mobile app users can easily uninstall the mobile app at any time by using the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Full control – you have full control over the Application and can modify your preferences at any time. You can easily deactivate or close the application at any time.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement from time to time. Your use of our Application and submission of Personal Information through this application constitutes acceptance and understanding of this Statement as in effect at the time of your submission.

Report – If you have a reason to believe that your rights have been infringed upon while using the Application, please contact SalesXelerator via email at support@custodyconnection.com Once your e-mail is received, SalesXelerator will review it to ensure that the privacy practices provided herein are enforced.
